INOVIQ and Promega Enter into Global Joint Marketing Agreement

INOVIQ and Promega announced a joint marketing agreement aimed at co-marketing INOVIQ's EXO-NET exosome capture technology and Promega's Nucleic Acid purification systems on a global scale.
Together, INOVIQ and Promega will provide researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and clinical diagnostic labs with innovative solutions for exosome isolation, biomarker discovery, and diagnostics research.
Under the agreement, customers worldwide will have access to a comprehensive range of Promega manual and automated nucleic acid extraction reagents and instruments, which will be combined with INOVIQ's EXO-NET exosome capture tools. This combination of technologies will enable efficient exosome isolation and facilitate biomarker discovery and diagnostics research.
This agreement combines the expertise of global biotechnology leader Promega in the creation, production and marketing of an extensive range of research tools, technologies and automation solutions, with INOVIQ’s disruptive EXO-NET technology, exosome capture tools and exosome-based diagnostics expertise.
The initial term of the agreement between INOVIQ and Promega is three years. Furthermore, INOVIQ and Promega plan to expand the agreement to include a range of exosome solutions covering exosome isolation, characterisation, and analysis kits, as well as instruments.
