Eppendorf has introduced a new centrifuge designed to increase the performance in the laboratory, Centrifuge 5910 Ri.
The device is used for the separation of aqueous solutions and suspensions of different densities in approved sample tubes. Having a capacity of up to 4 x 1000 mL, Centrifuge 5910 Ri can achieve a maximum speed of 22132 x g or 14,000 r.p.m.
The handling mechanism of the centrifuge is facilitated by - automatic rotor detection with a rotational speed limit, automatic rotor imbalance detection & a touch screen for operating the centrifuge software.
The product contains a centrifuge lid, a monitoring glass, touch screen, emergency release, ethernet port, a nameplate, USB interface (type B), mains/power cord socket, mains/power switch, and a USB interface (type A).
